2012 will bring about exciting changes for Members of GSA as we further develop membership benefits and incentives. Of particular interest is GSA's commitment to raising the public profile of General Surgery, with specific reference to the provision of Emergency Surgery. This topic is gaining momentum and GSA will ensure that we play a prominent role in policy and decision making. To this end GSA has developed the 12 Point Plan for Emergency Surgery.
